Primal Strength Warranty

Please refer below for all warranty related information, specific to our Primal Strength ranges. Each product category may vary slightly, depending on the intended usage. 

Adherence to proper use and maintenance guidelines is crucial for maintaining warranty coverage across all Primal series products.

Accessories

Primal Strength “Personal Series”: The accessory warranty extends to 12 months for home use from the original purchase date, unless otherwise specified. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, with exclusions for improper use and normal wear and tear.

Primal Strength “Pro Series”: The warranty also spans 12 months for home and light commercial use, with similar terms as the Personal Series.

Primal Strength “Performance Series”: Accessories boast a 12-month warranty for home, light, and full commercial use, covering manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Exclusions include improper use and wear and tear.

Bars and Collars

Primal Strength “Personal Series”: Bars and collars are covered by a 12-month "no breaks" warranty for home use. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects and breaks for the original purchaser, contingent on correct use and maintenance. Guidelines include weight limits, proper cleaning with non-alcohol-based fluids, and annual oiling to prevent rust.

Primal Strength “Pro Series”: Bars and collars come with a 24-month "no breaks" warranty for home and light commercial use, with similar terms as the Personal Series.

Primal Strength “Performance Series”: Bars are backed by a 5-year "no break or bend" warranty for home, light, and full commercial use, while collars are covered for 24 months. The conditions for valid warranty coverage include adherence to recommended usage and maintenance practices.

Cardio 

Primal Strength “Pro Series”: The warranty covers home, light, and commercial use for 3 years for parts only, excluding wearable parts like pedals and handles, which have a 12-month warranty.

Primal Strength “Performance Series”: Cardio machines come with a 3-year parts and 1-year labour warranty for home, light, and full commercial use, except for studio and air bikes, which are covered by a parts-only warranty. Specific warranty periods apply to different components, and wear and tear are excluded from coverage.

Flooring and Platforms

Primal Strength “Pro Series”: Flooring & platforms come with a 12-month parts-only warranty for home and light commercial use, excluding labour, from the original purchase date, unless otherwise specified. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects and breaks for the original purchaser, with exclusions for improper use, wear and tear, water damage, dirt, or signs of malicious damage or misuse. Scratching or chipping of wooden or custom platforms is not covered under warranty.

Primal Strength “Performance Series”: Flooring & platforms are covered for home, light, and full commercial use by a 36-month parts-only warranty, excluding labour. Similar terms apply, with exclusions for improper use, wear and tear, water damage, and dirt. Additionally, scratches or chips on wooden or custom platforms are not covered under warranty.

Racks & Rigs

Primal Strength “Personal Series”: Racks designed for home use, the warranty includes 1 year on wearable parts (cables, pulleys, bearings) and 2 years on all other parts, excluding labour. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and breaks for the original purchaser, with exclusions for improper use, wear and tear, and signs of malicious damage or misuse.

Primal “Pro Series”: Racks, suitable for home and light commercial use, feature a 5-year frame warranty, 1 year on wearable parts (cables, pulleys, bearings), and 2 years on all other parts, excluding labour. Similar terms and exclusions for improper use, wear and tear, and signs of malicious damage or misuse apply.

Primal Strength “Performance Series”: Racks, designed for home, light, and full commercial use, come with a 10-year frame warranty, 1 year on wearable parts (cables, pulleys, bearings), and 2 years on all other parts, excluding labour. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and breaks for the original purchaser, with exclusions for improper use, wear and tear, and signs of malicious damage or misuse.

Single and Dual Stations

Primal Strength “Pro Series”: Single & Dual Station strength equipment is covered for home and light commercial use with a 5-year frame warranty, 1 year on pads, cables, pulleys, and bearings, and 2 years on all other parts, excluding labour. Similar terms and exclusions for improper use, wear and tear, and signs of malicious damage or misuse apply.

Primal Strength “Performance Series”: Single & Dual Station strength equipment is covered for home, light, and full commercial use with a 5-year frame warranty, 1 year on pads, 2 years on cables, pulleys, and bearings, 3 years on all other parts, and a 1-year labour warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and breaks for the original purchaser, with exclusions for improper use, wear and tear, and signs of malicious damage or misuse.

Storage Equipment

Primal Strength “Personal Series”: Storage racks for home use include a 1-year warranty on wearable parts (rubber feet, saddles, handles, wheels) and 2 years on all other parts, excluding labour. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and breaks for the original purchaser, with exclusions for improper use, wear and tear, and signs of malicious damage or misuse.

Primal Strength “Pro Series”: Storage racks, suitable for home, light, and full commercial use, feature a 5-year frame warranty, 1 year on wearable parts (rubber feet, saddles, handles, wheels), and 3 years on all other parts, excluding labour. Benches

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and breaks for the original purchaser, with exclusions for improper use, wear and tear. Claims are not covered where signs indicate malicious damage or misuse.

Primal Strength “Personal Series”: Weights are covered by a 12-month "no breaks" warranty for home use from the original purchase date, unless otherwise specified. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects and breaks for the original purchaser. Validity requires correct maintenance and use, including wiping down weights, cleaning off chalk, storing in a dry environment free of moisture, using on soft or appropriate surfaces, and avoiding dropping on unsuitable surfaces. Proper storage on appropriate racks is also essential.

Primal Strength “Pro Series”: Weights, suitable for home and light commercial use, feature a 24-month "no breaks" warranty from the original purchase date. Similar terms and conditions apply, emphasising correct maintenance and use practices.

Primal Strength “Performance Series”: Weights come with a 5-year "no breaks" warranty for home, light, and full commercial use from the original purchase date. The same maintenance and use guidelines apply to ensure warranty validity.

Shipping

Standard Timescales:

Expected delivery is within 3-7 business days.

Express Delivery:

Order before 3 pm for delivery within 48 hours. This option is available on selected products only and is subject to availability. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday, as well as those on Saturday and Sunday, will typically be delivered on Tuesday.

One Man Pallet Delivery:

Expected delivery is within 3 to 7 business days. Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday between 7 am and 6 pm. It is recommended to have two individuals available to accept delivery as pallet deliveries are kerbside only. Primal Strength advises against one-man delivery for larger or heavy orders.

Parcel Delivery:

All parcels will require a signature.

Installations:

For installation quotes, please contact our sales team at +442034359402. Installations are typically a two-man service and are scheduled in advance. The usual timeframe for installations is within 7-10 days.

Commercial/Business Orders Delivery:

Delivery Costs:

• Mainland UK: We offer free delivery to UK Mainland.
• Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and Channel Islands: For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the Channel Islands, there is a delivery cost of £29.99 for weights ranging from 0kg to 50kg. For weights exceeding 50kg, the delivery cost is £149.00.   
• Europe/International: For deliveries to Europe and international destinations, the cost is determined on a quotation basis.

Returns    

Further Goods Cancellation Policy

If goods have been dispatched, customers have the opportunity to return goods beyond 14 days but no later than 30 days after receiving them. In such cases, the following conditions will apply:

1. The cost of returning the goods, including postage, packaging, and insurance, will be borne by the customer.
2. Goods must be received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
3. The cost of delivering the goods will be deducted from any refund, and there may be a re-stocking charge.
4. If goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, Primal Strength reserves the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit. Any costs for redelivering the goods will be payable in advance by the customer.
5. If the goods have been removed from their original packaging or assembled, the option to cancel may be forfeited.

Our Standard 14 to 30 day online return options apply to goods purchased for domestic use only and do not apply to equipment purchased for business use, commercial equipment, or any 'special order' items.

Your Statutory Rights to Cancel

Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have the right to cancel most domestic products purchased from us using distance means and receive a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your intention to cancel in writing or via email. The cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that items clearly personalized or made to the consumer’s specifications are exempt from these regulations. Additionally, a deduction from the full purchase price may be made if, upon examination of the returned goods, they show signs of use, including self-assembly and attempts at disassembly. The amount of deduction will be based on the extent of the diminishment in the goods' value.

Under the mentioned Regulations, you also have the right to cancel any service (purchased using distance means) we offer and seek a full refund within 14 days, beginning the day after the contract is concluded. However, if you agree to the commencement of the service before this cancellation period has expired, you will not be able to cancel the service once the installation has been completed. Primal Strength will request you to sign a form to this effect immediately before installation. This, however, does not affect your rights to have any incomplete or faulty workmanship corrected by us. You will not be eligible for a refund regarding any specific charges for the installation of these goods.

PayPal Refunds

As of March 5th, 2020, all PayPal refunds will exclude the transaction fee.

All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by e-mail or by writing to our head office. If you wish to cancel or return goods, please email us, and we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving the unique Primal Strength RAN, provided by us. No cancellations of orders will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery of goods.
