This refund policy applies specifically to pre-ordered and out of stock items. Please note that once a pre-order is placed, we allocate the stock in your name, ensuring you receive your chosen item as soon as it becomes available.   • Pre-Order Cancellation and Refund:
    • Customers are welcome to cancel their pre-orders at any time prior to the shipment of the item.
    • Upon cancellation, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid, excluding the 5% deposit fee.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit:
    • A 5% deposit fee is required to secure your pre-order. This deposit is non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled.
    • The deposit covers administrative costs and guarantees your reservation of the item.
    • As soon as a pre-order comes in, we allocate the pre-ordered item in your name. If the pre-order is cancelled, we will have to reallocate this stock.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
    • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exceptions:
    • In the rare event that Home Living Luxury is unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will issue a full refund including the deposit fee.

BOGO Promotions

In the event of a BOGO (Buy One, Get One) promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one of the two items is returned, you will receive a replacement for that item or store credit equivalent to the individual purchase value of that item. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges and, depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase.
