Professional Spray

The high-quality preservative finish is professionally spray applied in the factory to three sides of the wood. The product is treated in your choice of color. You can choose two colors for one product: one for almost all product details and another for finishing details.

Which type of paint should I Use?

Properly painting and impregnating is one of the most important things to consider when thinking about how to extend your product's lifetime.

Paint and natural wood finish instantly spruce up the aesthetics of your product.

The decision you will need to make is if you want to use a water-based wood stain or paint. Both will offer you UV protection. The wood stains will allow the texture of the
wood to show through and many are now available in a vast range of colors, however, paints will give you an intensive color, but will cover the grain and texture of the wood.

Foundations

It is very important to have a proper base for your Pavilion Gazebo.

Therefore, we recommend following our sketches and consulting a qualified local builder or engineer. Making sure that the base for your product fits the location is of utmost importance.

Due to an improper base, the structure may crack. If the product is unevenly seated, the geometric shape of the building may change, which can result in the door/windows twisting, and/or gaps. In the worst-case scenario, the product may even collapse.

• Before building the base, make sure you take into account the landscape and the ground conditions on which the product will stand. 
• The base under the product must be prepared specifically for the product.
• The base must be homogeneous, tight, and level. 
• Make sure that the properties of the base do not change over time. We recommend making the base out of concrete and water-proofing it before installation. 

If you do not follow our recommendations for building/ choosing a suitable base, the warranty will be nulled!

Warranty

HOME LIVING LUXURY PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Home Living Luxury are an expert in domestic and commercial living appliances. With this in mind, along with their highly developed level of confidence in themselves and their products, we are pleased to announce that all of their products come with a 2 year guarantee. 

Note:

This does not apply to electrical or automatic equipment. The warranty for these products are specified by the manufacturer. These can range from 0-4+ years. 

It should also be noted that such products generally have a shorter warranty period when the equipment is used for purposes other than private use.

If for any reason, you do need to file a claim against your warranty, simply reach out to Home Living Luxury with the following information:

• Name and type of product.
• Order number + Date of order.
• Description of the claim (specify exact positions from the product).
• In case of transport damages – Copies of the signed shipping documents should always be attached to transport damage.
• Photos- Photos are necessary. Aim to take as many as possible (this will help with your claim).

Warranty obligations shall not apply if:

• Assembly instructions were not followed.

This is of the upmost importance to ensure the correct operation of your product(s). Your warranty will not be valid if you assemble your items incorrectly, by not following the detailed and comprehensive assembly instructions which are provided with your purchase.

Also, the guarantee shall not cover:

1. Peculiarities of wood as natural material:
1. Wood cracks after assembling of the Item.
2. Wood movement and its consequences for example gaps in walls caused by lightening, hurricanes or tornadoes, which can result in changes in the item's shape.
3. Molds on wood.
4. Wooden details containing whole branches that do not endanger the stability of the item.
2. Consequences of extreme (unusual) weather conditions (water has the potential to leak through the wall/ roof shingles during ultra heavy rain or exceptionally strong wind. Such as that arising from; lightening, hurricanes or tornadoes).
3. When the item(s) sold by Home Living Luxury is used not in accordance with their direct purpose or when malfunctions have been caused by non-compliance with the instructions.
4. If the items sold are disassembled, their components replaced, or the items were otherwise altered not by Home Living Luxury.
5. The Items were repaired by third parties.
6. Natural wear and tear of the material used and the Item.
7. Changes caused by atmospheric influences of the environment. Wood is a natural construction material. Before processing, timber would be dried up to 18 % of residual moisture content. Timber’s moisture content can change because of different atmospheric conditions such as rain, freezing, cold or heat, causing wood structure altering. It could also affect the use of doors and windows. Below are some crucial features as following:
1. Wood can crack during the drying process. This is a natural process, your warranty will not cover natural cracking. When the humidity increases, chaps will disappear.
2. A couple of weeks after the construction work, wooden details will undergo adaptation for new conditions. If necessary, the door may have to be fixed once more. Ultraviolet rays (solar rays) can cause a change of wood coloring.

All of Home Living Luxury's products are designed with absolute elemental protection. However, with this in mind, they cannot be held liable for natural disasters and extreme adverse weather conditions. The British and Irish weather are no match for the premium construction and design of these products. As we trade globally, it is in our best interest to make this information available to you, our customers. In order to help you make informed purchasing decisions.

At Home Living Luxury, we are entitled to refuse warranty services in light of any circumstances listed above. Each individual case will be meticulously analysed to determine the fairest, most accurate and truthful outcome for all parties involved.

Post Warranty Repairs/ Damages arising from intentional misuse 

In all events, when the warranty period has expired, or when products during the warranty period were damaged intentionally through third parties or the customers/clients fault, or by willful actions of the same persons, Home Living Luxury in individual cases and by prior arrangement may offer non-warranty and post-warranty period repair services at the customer/client‘s request, payable in accordance with the rates set by Home Living Luxury, or under a separate agreement on non-warranty and post-warranty servicing of the item(s) concluded between the parties.

The purchaser shall pay for the services rendered and expenses incurred before collecting the product, except otherwise stated in the agreement.

The characteristics for determining Post Warranty Repairs/ Damages arising from intentional misuse, shall be established in entirety by Home Living Luxury.

Shipping

All Home Living Luxury orders can be shipped internationally.

All orders placed within the UK (including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands) and Europe are eligible for FREE shipping. 

Delivery to anywhere outside of the UK and Europe will require an individual shipping quote. This is not an issue. Contact support to process an enquiry and we will return to you with a quote within 24 hours.

All orders are designed, developed and produced within 5 working days of your order being placed.

With this prolific manufacturing speed, we can have your order packaged, palleted and on it's way to you within 5 working days. 

Delivery will take an estimated 5 working days.

You can expect to have your order(s) at your doorstep within 10 working days from the date of confirmation (which is usually the date of purchase).

This is a realistic timeframe and we endevor to match this with all of our Home Living Luxury orders.

Exceptions:

Delivery may take an extra 5 days if you are located in an area which is extremely hard to access. Such locations would include but are not limited to; Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands.

Don't worry! You can rest assured that your order will still be delivered as swiftly and promptly as humanly possible. We just ask that you give us an extra 5 working days for delivery.

As these items are individually crafted to your personal specifications, the timeframe to process a return is short. We recommend that you think carefully before placing an order.
