    Instructions

    Operating Instructions:
    • Before first use, perform a burn-in process by gently heating the Kamado to 100-150°C for about 1 hour. Repeat this process three times.
    • Regularly lubricate the upper daisy wheel (upper air control) with vegetable oil.
    • Follow proper fire-starting procedures using firelighters and charcoal. Avoid using liquid kindling products.
    • Use an appropriate amount of charcoal, around five centimeters, to prevent damage to the Kamado.
    • Allow the fire to burn until all fuel is used up and extinguished.
    • Check and tighten all fasteners after the first use, especially the metal ring connecting the lid to the base.
    • The Kamado is designed for outdoor use only.
    Safety Instructions:
    • To extinguish the fire, stop the fuel supply and close all holes and the lid, allowing the fire to go out naturally. Do not use water, as it may damage the ceramic Kamado.
    • When not in use, cover the cooled Kamado with suitable rain protection.
    • Block the wheel clamps to prevent movement.
    • Store the Kamado under cover in a frost-free place. In winter, keep the Kamado indoors.
    Storage:
    • When not in use and left outside, allow the Kamado grill to cool down completely and cover it with suitable rain protection.
    • Secure the wheel clamps to prevent movement.
    • It is recommended to store the Kamado grill under cover for optimal protection.
    • Store in a frost-free place. During winter, keep the Kamado indoors.
    Cleaning Instructions:
    • The Kamado is self-cleaning when burned at 260°C for 30 minutes, although it is not mandatory.
    • Avoid using water or other cleaning products on the inside of the Kamado to prevent damage. Use a brush or the supplied tool to remove carbon deposits.
    • Clean the grills and grates with a non-abrasive detergent once the Kamado has cooled down completely. The grill is not dishwasher safe.
    • For exterior cleaning, use a damp cloth with a mild detergent after the Kamado has cooled down.

    2. Home Living Luxury may request additional information, such as photographs or documentation, to assess the warranty claim.
    3. If the warranty claim is approved, Home Living Luxury will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund of the product, at Home Living Luxury's discretion.
    4. Any repair or replacement work performed under the warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

    Limitations:

    The warranty provided by Home Living Luxury is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. Home Living Luxury is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or personal injury.

    Transferability:

    3. The Buyer must make necessary arrangements to take possession of the goods on the delivery date.     Returns Policy:

    1. For any return requests, please advise the exact quantities by completing a returns form (found on the reverse of the dispatch note). Return the form via email to sales@homelivingluxury.com. Alternatively, you can arrange returns by calling us on +442034359402. A suitable collection date will be arranged after the returns request is approved.

    2. Surplus stock items may be returned for credit if they are in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, without any concealed or cosmetic damage.

    3. Only goods purchased in the last three months and with an invoice value of £50 or more can be returned. Proof of purchase such as a dispatch note or an invoice will be required.

    4. Any returned surplus items (excluding trade counter returns) will incur a restocking charge of 20% of the original invoiced price.

    5. Unauthorised returned stock items will incur a restocking charge of 30%.

    6. To prevent damage, all returned goods must be suitably packaged. Our drivers will assess if the goods are appropriately packaged for collection.

      Collection Charges:

      1. If a collection is not possible on the pre-arranged date, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange transportation of the goods back to our warehouse. Please reach out to us for our returns address, as it will differ from our mailing address.

        Order Discrepancies & Damages Policy:

        1. For these items, damaged goods or items lost in transit can be replaced if notified within 72 hours of delivery. This applies to both concealed internal damage and cosmetic external damage.

        2. In case of delivery errors, transit damage, manufacturing faults, or warranty failures, Home Living Luxury will arrange collection at their expense. No additional charges will be applied.

        3. Goods dispatched by third-party carriers are at the customer's risk. It is the customer's responsibility to check for damages (both concealed and cosmetic) upon delivery. Carriers' drivers will wait up to 15 minutes for goods inspection. Customers must thoroughly check their order before the carrier driver leaves. Damaged goods should be signed for as "damaged."
