Introducing our smallest grill cabin. This petite cabin is capable of seating 6 individuals comfortably and can squeeze up to 8. With external dimensions of 2740 x 2370, this cabin makes efficient use of space and is ideal for small gatherings.

The walls boast premium-grade Norwegian rounded spruce boards, ensuring both resilience and an aesthetically pleasing finish. The high-quality preservative finish, professionally applied in the factory, allows you to personalise your cabin with a choice of main and trim colours.

    Our grill and chimney kit embody sustainability, wood beauty, and a human touch, crafted from durable materials carefully selected and glued. The grill comes with cooking platforms, a table around the grill, a decorated grill table safety fence, and an adjustable chimney. The total height of the chimney is 206 cm, with a grill height of 62 cm. All surfaces are meticulously painted using a powder coating designed to withstand temperatures up to 550 degrees (not direct flames). The grill is made from 3 mm cold-rolled steel sheets, welded using TIG-type welding, while the chimney is produced from 2 mm steel using spot-welding techniques.

      3. Confirmation and Order Placement: Once you have confirmed everything to date, we can mark the order as confirmed and we can mark your cabins production into the calendar. For projects being completed immediately, we require at least a 50% upfront payment. For orders scheduled between 1-6 weeks, we accept deposits of 5%,.
      4. Cabin Production: Following on from everything to date, we proceed to manufacture the entire grill cabin. Production time usually take 3-4 weeks from order confirmation.
      5. Delivery: We deliver the cabin and all included accessories. We allow 3-5 days for delivery.
      6. Electrical and Plumbing: Should you opt for electrical and/or plumbing work, we ensure that the cabin is designed to make the connection and configuration process straightforward. Your electrician and plumber can easily handle any aspects required.

      For seamless installation and maintenance of our grill cabins, access to all sides is essential. We recommend allowing approximately 300mm (about 12 inches) of clearance around each side of the cabin. However, allowing more space should never be overlooked.

      In instances where the cabin is positioned in a tight corner or a confined space, it's important to consider the potential challenges this may pose for future maintenance. Restricted access can hinder routine visual inspections, which are typically recommended every six months. This regular check-up is crucial to identify and address any issues promptly, preventing them from escalating into more significant problems. Therefore, when placing the cabin in a snug location, please be mindful of the potential maintenance difficulties it may entail.

       

      Base

      The cabin's foundation is the bedrock upon which your outdoor relaxation retreat will stand. To maintain the cabin's structural integrity and prevent warping over time, it's imperative that all of our cabins are fitted on a level and sturdy surface. We do not recommend installing any of our cabins on uneven ground, grass, or generally unsuitable surfaces. Instead, we advocate for the ideal base, which includes options such as concrete, tarmac, patio stones, or even a structurally sound patio decking.

      To ensure proper weight distribution and stability, it is crucial that the full, complete base is in contact with the ground. 

      It's crucial to avoid any substantial depressions or gullies on the base surface. A depression of more than 3/4 of an inch (20mm) at any point across the base can lead to undesirable consequences, such as the cabin's floor being pushed down or bowed up in the middle. This not only poses structural issues but may also hinder you or your clients enjoyment of the grill cabin.

        

      An inadequate base for any grill cabin can result in gaps forming. Gaps may develop in the cabin's doors or walls. These gaps can have several consequences, including:

      1. Reduced Insulation: Gaps in the structure compromise the quality of the insulation of the cabin, making it less energy-efficient and potentially leading to temperature fluctuations inside.
      2. Pest Intrusion: Openings can allow pests to enter the cabin, which could create hygiene and maintenance issues.
      3. Water Ingress: Gaps may permit water to seep into the grill cabin, potentially causing damage to the interior and its contents.

      6. Lifting the Cabin: The crane will gently lift the cabin from the delivery lorry. This process requires precision and care to avoid any damage.

      Adding Electricity to Your Cabin

      If you desire electricity in your grill cabin, it's entirely feasible and opens up possibilities for lighting, device charging, speaker connections, or even powering appliances like a fridge. There are two installation options:

        

      1. Pre-installed Cable: Have the cable pre-installed beneath the cabin's foundations. The cable can then enter beneath the cabin, keeping it discreet and hidden.
      2. Post-Assembly Electrical Work: Alternatively, complete the electrical work after the cabin assembly. This provides the flexibility to install electricity at your own pace, ensuring convenience.

        Usage

        1. General Use:
          1. - During the first use, surfaces in direct contact with flames may produce a smoky smell. Keep the door open until the smell dissipates before cooking.
          2. - When burning wood, use a metal safety fence around the grill table.
          3. - Use only firewood or briquettes, adding larger objects after the fire is burning well (not exceeding 300mm).
          4. - Ensure proper smoke exhaustion by maintaining a sufficient flow of fresh air.
        2. Smoke Management:
          1. If excessive smoke is generated, open the Grill Cabin door.
          2. - Verify that wood is dry and bark-free. Add additional dry wood if needed.
        3. Safety Precautions:
          1. Keep decorations away from the grill to prevent fire hazards.
          2. Have water nearby for flare-ups.
          3. Keep a fire extinguisher within reach and know how to use it.

The cost of these replacement parts and services will be based on rates set by Home Living Luxury.

        Customers are required to cover the expenses for these services unless Home Living Luxury specifies otherwise. The exact criteria and terms for post-warranty repairs or damages resulting from intentional misuse will be determined by Home Living Luxury.

        2. Natural Characteristics of Wood: As wood is a natural material, the warranty does not cover the following aspects:
          1. Wood may develop cracks after assembly.
          2. Wood movement, which may lead to gaps in walls due to factors like lightning, hurricanes, or tornadoes, resulting in changes in the item's shape.
          3. The occurrence of mould on wood.
          4. Wooden details that include intact branches and do not compromise the item's stability.
          5. Consequences of extreme or unusual weather conditions, such as water seepage through the wall or roof shingles during exceptionally heavy rain, strong winds, or weather events like lightning, hurricanes, or tornadoes.
          6. Use of the item not in accordance with its intended purpose or malfunctions caused by non-compliance with the provided instructions.
        3. Alterations and Repairs: The warranty is not applicable if the items are disassembled, their components are replaced, or if the items are altered by entities other than Home Living Luxury. Additionally, if third parties have carried out repairs on the items.
        4. Normal Wear and Tear: Natural wear and tear of the materials used and the item itself are not covered by the warranty.
        5. Atmospheric Influences: Wood, being a natural construction material, can be affected by atmospheric conditions. Before processing, timber typically contains up to 18% residual moisture content, and changes in humidity due to different weather conditions (e.g., rain, freezing, cold, or heat) can impact the wood structure and may lead to the following effects:
          1. Cracking during the drying process, which is considered a natural occurrence and not covered by the warranty.
          2. Adaptation of wooden details to new conditions a few weeks after construction. This may necessitate adjustments to doors.
          3. Ultraviolet rays (solar rays) may cause changes in the colour of the wood.



        In summary, it's important to note that our warranty does not cover instances of misconstruction, misuse, normal wear and tear, and the effects of weather and atmospheric influences on wood. These exclusions are in place to provide clarity on the specific situations and conditions where we cannot be held liable under the warranty.

While our goal is to deliver within 20-25 days, please note that certain circumstances, such as customisations or weather-related delays, may extend the timeframe up to 30 days.         If you ever find the need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible within the initial 3 working days from the date of order placement. During this timeframe, adjustments can be made without incurring additional fees. However, it's essential to clarify that the window for a full order cancellation is strictly 3 working days. If you choose to cancel your order within this period, a 5% cancellation fee will be retained by Home Living Luxury. For example, if your grill cabin order is valued at £10,000 and you request a full refund within the 3 working day period, we will issue the refund, deducting a 5% cancellation fee (£500). This policy specifically applies to products designed and crafted to your unique specifications, which explains its precise nature.

        Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after the initial 3 full working days following the order placement. This policy is in place to ensure a streamlined and efficient process for all our valued customers.

            

        Returns for Damaged Deliveries
