Why the name "Krakatoa"?

Krakatoa is the name of a volcanic island located in Indonesia. Important Information: Please read the entire manual before using your FesFoc product. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty may invalidate your warranty.

Warranty Coverage

FesFoc provides a warranty against fabrication defects for the following products:

2-Year Warranty:

3-Year Warranty:

• Gas Module Point

Conditions and Limitations

To be eligible for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

1. The warranty is only available to the original purchaser who made the purchase through Home Living Luxury, who are an official retailer for FesFoc across the UK and Ireland.
2. The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be extended by FesFoc or Home Living Luxury.
3. The product must be installed and used according to the instruction sheets included in the product box and in compliance with relevant safety regulations.
4. The installation must be performed by an authorised technician with the necessary licenses according to British and/or Irish laws.
5. The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
   • Lack of appropriate maintenance
   • Misuse of any kind
   • Fires caused by grease
   • Overfiring
   • Hostile environment
   • Meteorological conditions
   • Accidents or mishandling
   • Incorrect installation
   • Abuse or overload
   • Use of the wrong combustible
   • Neglect or alterations of the product, including installation of parts from other manufacturers
   • Commercial or collective use of the product
   • Discoloration of components from UV exposure, chemical cleaners, or other sources
   • Rusting of metal or stainless-steel parts caused by ferric particles in the air, saline environment, or any other cause
6. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from the misuse of the barbecue. Any alteration or modification of the barbecue will void the warranty.
7. The warranty does not cover scratches, notches, dents, or any damage caused by external actions. It also excludes damages to finishes, splintering of porcelain or granite parts, discoloration, corrosion, and other damages caused by heat, cleaners, or chemicals. Meteorological or environmental blowouts are also not covered.
8. The warranty does not cover the installation parts used in the gas grill.
9. Neither Home Living Luxury, or FesFoc are liable for any damage caused by incorrect fixation of the product to the wall. For proper wall fixation, consult Home Living Luxury.
10. The warranty does not cover the deterioration of the vitrified (antioxidant protection) of the cast iron grill. In stainless-steel grills, the warranty does not cover colour changes in pieces that come into direct or indirect contact with fire or embers.

Replacement Parts

FesFoc will provide replacement parts for components that have reached the point of being completely unusable within the warranty period. Only one replacement will be provided for each unusable component. Further replacements will not be warranted and will be priced at the usual cost. Both Home Living Luxury and FesFoc, reserve the right to modify any components.

If a claim is made after the first year since the purchase, FesFoc and Home Living Luxury, may fully discharge itself from all warranty-related obligations. In such cases, FesFoc or Home Living Luxury will provide a refund for the warranted part to the original purchaser.

Costs and Expenses

Neither Home Living Luxury or FesFoc assume responsibility for any costs or expenses associated with the installation of warranted parts. This includes installation, transportation, labor, and material costs.

Limitation of Liability

Home Living Luxury and FesFoc's responsibility under this warranty is limited to the terms and conditions outlined in the warranty manual. In no event shall Home Living Luxury or FesFoc be liable for any incidental or indirect damages.

Exclusions

This warranty applies only to FesFoc products and does not cover accessories. FesFoc do not authorise any third party to assume any obligations defined in this warranty in the sale of its products.

Warranty Claim

To make a valid warranty claim, the following requirements must be met:

1. Present a valid bill of sale from Home Living Luxury.
2. Provide the model number of the warranted product.

Failure to meet these requirements will result in the rejection of the warranty claim.

FesFoc reserves the right to inspect and analyse damaged products to examine the validity of the warranty claim. If an inspection is required, the claimant is responsible for transportation costs, including customs expenses and duties. If the claim is declared invalid, the warranty will not be honoured.

If FesFoc requests the damaged part for analysis, the claimant must ensure proper packing and provide a photographic report from all angles to validate the claim. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the rejection of the claim.
