Maze Outdoor Bali Planter - Small, crafted from honey-coloured, sustainably sourced acacia wood, features a slatted design that adds clean structure to your outdoor space. Use as a pair to define an entrance, place alone to draw the eye, or create a striking display as a triple set in different sizes. The planter is zinc-lined and has a drainage hole. The wood complements all varieties of shrubs and flowers and pairs nicely with the rest of the Bali range.

How do I clean my Rope Weave:

Simply use a sponge and soapy warm water to remove any dust and dirt.


Cushion Care

To clean our cushions, we recommend a simple hand wash with warm soapy water and a clean cloth. Our cushions are not machine washable and cannot be tumble dried.

  

Care for you ceramic tempered glass

Leaving any type of glass outside, you will find it gets dirty and dusty, and mildew can build up from the weather elements changing. You can easily clean the glass with a warm soapy cloth, then use another separate cloth which is damp to polish the finish and allow it to dry. We supply cleaning kits specifically made for cleaning your outdoor glass tables; please look for our “Maze - Outdoor Garden Furniture - Glass Cleaner.”



Caring for your fire pit system (if applicable):

To enjoy years of great performance from your fire pit, make sure you perform the following maintenance activities on a regular basis.

  1. Keep exterior surfaces clean: (Wait until the fire pit is fully cooled before any cleaning)
  2. Use warm soapy water for cleaning. Never use flammable or corrosive cleaning agents
  3. While cleaning your unit, be sure to keep the area around the burner dry
  4. Do not submerge the control valve in water. If the gas control is submerged in water, do NOT use it, as it must be replaced.
  5. Visually inspect burners before use
  6. Make sure stones are dry before lighting
  7. Gas odour with extreme yellow tipped flames
  8. The Firepit not reaching the desired temperature
  9. The Firepit making ‘popping’ noises
  10. Keep the burner and air vents clear from obstructions
  11. Spiders and insects can nest in the burner or orifices, which can damage the firepit, clean burner holes with a pipe cleaner
  12. Compressed air may help clear away smaller particles
  13. Always place lid or protective cover on heating element when not in use
  14. All of our Fire pits come with 85cm hoses, always check your regulator is securely attached and not damaged
  15. DO NOT leave the fire pit connected to the gas bottle when not in use

  17. We recommend that your glass surround is stored in a safe place when your table is not in use

We provide FREE 2 Man Delivery to most UK mainland locations, excluding certain areas of Scotland.

If you reside in a remote area, it is your responsibility to confirm delivery feasibility with us before placing an order.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty

Guarantees Per Range:

Home Living Luxury, along with Maze Living take pride in the quality of our products and as a result, we offer varying guarantees per range of goods:

  

  • 7 years on Outdoor Fabric furniture
  • 3 years on Ascot, Oxford, Winchester, & Marina
  • 2 years on Pergolas, Porto, Martinique, & Bali
  • 12 months on all other furniture sets

   

Coverage:

Our guarantees cover furniture for structural damage (framework), rust, and fade in the UK. Fire Pit systems, Flatweave, and Accessories (excluding furniture covers) are guaranteed for 12 months. However, the guarantee does not include glass, fabric, cushion fabric or filling, rattan, or stitching supplied with the set, unless there is a manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery. Furniture Covers purchased separately are not covered by a 12-month guarantee; any manufacturing defects should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

   

Claim Process:

Guarantee claims must be supported by copies of the customer's receipt, a minimum of 5 photos, and an image of the complete set.


Exclusions:

The warranty is valid for defects in materials only. Both, Home Living Luxury and Maze reserves the right to reject claims where damages and defects are caused by:


  • Commercial use (unless agreed in writing prior to purchase)
  • Insufficient and/or incorrect product maintenance
  • Inappropriate misuse
  • Tampering by a third party
  • Fair wear and tear
  • Failure to follow fitting instructions and using provided tools and fixings
  • Foreign weather conditions if the furniture is moved outside of the UK
  • Vandalism, abuse, neglect, deliberate acts, accidents, disasters, or casualties


Suitability for UK Climate:

The furniture specification is designed to withstand UK weather conditions and may not be suitable for foreign climates. Extreme temperatures can cause rattan to contract and expand, leading to damage or cracking. Neither Home Living Luxury, or Maze is liable for damage resulting from moving furniture outside of the UK due to foreign weather conditions.


Start of Warranty Period:

The warranty period begins from the date of ordering with Home Living Luxury. Any replacement orders provided do not restart the guarantee period.


Repair or Replacement Process:

We will repair, replace, or remove part or the entire product where a defect is found. In some cases, we may provide products, parts, and/or materials for the customer to repair or replace a defective part without on-site assistance.


Refund Policy:

Refunds for claims under the guarantee will not exceed specific proportions of the original purchase price, depending on the breakdown of the guarantee period.


Legal Rights:

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.


Additional Notes for 5 & 7 Year Guarantees:

Please note that our 5 and 7-year guarantees only cover furniture for structural damage (framework), rust, and fade in the UK. Fire pit systems and accessories have a 1-year guarantee. The guarantee applies to furniture sold by Home Living Luxury only, excluding glass, cushion fabric & filling, or stitching supplied with sets.


Our Discretion:

We reserve the right to reject the 5 / 7 Year Guarantee in cases of inappropriate misuse or tampering by a third party. The guarantee also does not apply to instances of fair wear and tear. The guarantee period begins from the date of dispatch.

   

Returns

Cancellation Rights:

As a UK/EU consumer, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, to cancel your order within 14 working days following the receipt of your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we’ll assist you accordingly. Sometimes, we may be able to resolve the issue over the phone, while on other occasions, we might request a photo of the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products after 14 days of receipt. However, please contact us, and we will endeavour to find a solution.

   

Cancellation Scenarios:
  • Cancellation Prior to Dispatch: You are permitted to cancel your order prior to dispatch by law. Please contact us as soon as possible to minimize any costs incurred. This should be done by telephone and confirmed with an email.
  • Cancellation or Change After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, any changes or cancellation requests will incur a courier charge. Please note that these charges vary depending on your location. Alternatively, you can return the goods at your own cost after accepting delivery.
  • Returning Damaged Products: If the products you receive are damaged upon delivery, please notify us as soon as possible. We will organize collection, refund, or substitution without charge to you. To expedite the resolution process, please provide our customer service team with supporting photographs of the damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

   

Returns Process:

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, you can return any item by notifying us of your intentions in writing within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The 14-day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us unused and in their original packaging.

Please note that there will be a collection fee subject to location to return unwanted goods.


Faulty Items:

If you identify a fault with your item within 30 days of purchase, please notify us and return the item to us for an exchange or a full refund. Failure to report a fault within this timeframe may result in us refusing a full refund. In cases where we deem inappropriate misuse or tampering by a third party, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement/full refund.
