With its distinct curved design and straight-sided front and back, this pod resembles a grand Viking vessel anchored in the landscape, ready to welcome weary travellers.

Measuring 4.9m in length, 3m in width, and 2.5m in height, the Viking's Slumber is as spacious as it is captivating, offering 9.5 square metres of adaptable interior space.

This pod is a true canvas for creativity, with room for up to three areas that can serve as sleeping quarters, a cosy dining space, or a relaxing lounge. The Viking's Slumber is a nod to the spirit of adventure, making it the perfect choice for those seeking a uniquely enchanting glamping experience.

Luxury 2 Person Glamping Pod

Step inside the "Viking’s Slumber" Pod in this bespoke 2-person glamping configuration, where luxury and Viking-inspired charm meet in an unforgettable glamping experience.

Exterior

From the outside, guests are welcomed by a sleek, full glass front door framed in a sophisticated matte black trim, flanked by two modern LED lights casting a warm glow both upward and downward. A sturdy entrance step leads up to the pod, with a small protective lip framing the edges.

Central Living Space

Upon entering, the pod opens into a thoughtfully designed central living space. To the right, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with LED strip lighting under the top cabinets, illuminating a workspace that includes a sink with hot and cold water, a mini fridge with freezer, two hobs, and ample storage cabinets.

On the left, a contemporary dining nook provides an inviting space for meals, with a dining table snugly built into the pod’s side, paired with two comfortable seats.

Bedroom & Bathroom

Here, a double bed is nestled into the left side of the room, complete with a bedside cabinet and mounted storage shelves for convenience. The layout leaves ample space for a compact yet fully functional bathroom on the right, featuring a wash hand basin, toilet, and a sleek, modern shower — all designed to provide the comforts of home within a unique, nature-immersed setting.

Alternative Layout 1: Bar-Style Dining with Open Lounge Space

By adjusting the kitchen and dining setup, we’ve created an entirely new ambiance in the central living space. In this layout, the kitchen is slightly shortened, and the dining table is transformed into a bar-style seating area along the right-hand side as soon as you enter the pod. With bar stools added, this layout provides a functional yet stylish dining area that optimises the pod’s interior flow.

With the left-hand side of the central living space now open, there’s room for a cosy lounge area—a perfect spot for a sofa or even a sofa bed. Alternatively, it can accommodate a third bed or a bunk bed configuration.

This space can be used as a relaxation corner complete with a wall-mounted TV, perfect for cosy movie nights.

Alternative Layout 2: Highland Pod

This bespoke project was situated high in the peaks, where two lone pods stood proudly amidst breath-taking views, capturing the essence of a hunter’s style cabin...

• Main Living Space: Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a cosy living area complete with two lounge chairs, a radiator, and a TV, creating a relaxing retreat to unwind after a day of adventure. 
• Sleeping Quarters: Beyond the living area lies the sleeping space, with two single beds positioned on either side of the pod. A bedside table and a mini fridge are nestled between the beds, providing practicality and charm.
• While this layout currently includes two single beds, it can easily be adapted to feature a double bed or other configurations to suit specific needs.

Pricing

This pod is priced at £7,995 (exc VAT). The reduced cost reflects the exclusion of the kitchen and washroom featured in the original design. This configuration includes the pod structure only, with no internal furnishings, as these were completed by the end client.
