Warranty Terms & Conditions

Home Living Luxury together with Pulse Fitness assures that these goods will adhere substantially to all applicable UK standards and agreed specifications. The goods will also be in line with any agreed-upon specifications, and services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.

We further guarantee that the goods will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period, which begins upon delivery. Please note that consumables are excluded from this warranty, and Home Living Luxury, nor Pulse Fitness hold any liability for any loss or damage resulting from fair wear and tear or misuse of the goods by the customer.

It is imperative to understand that we reserve the right, at our discretion, to repair or replace the goods or any part thereof, including the re-performance of services either wholly or partially for this purpose. Additionally, if a part can be readily replaced, the customer is responsible for covering the associated costs.


Warranty Exclusions:
  • Any loss, damages, costs, or expenses arising from modifications, alterations, maintenance, or repairs undertaken by any third party.
  • Misuse of the goods or failure to use, install, treat, maintain, or repair them in accordance with the recommended and intended instructions.
  • Any loss, damages, costs, or expenses incurred due to unreasonable acts or defaults by the customer or others.
  • Failure by the customer to maintain the goods as recommended by Home Living Luxury and/or Pulse Fitness.

Any claims for repairs undertaken by any third party unless expressly agreed upon by Home Living Luxury in writing.

   

Shipping

Shipping Within the UK

We strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently within the UK. Our standard delivery service utilises DPD for deliveries to England, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days, while deliveries to Scotland and Ireland typically take 2 working days. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information, including a mobile number and email address, as DPD will keep you updated on the delivery status via text and email notifications.

Occasionally, we may resort to Royal Mail services to expedite the delivery process, with First Class deliveries estimated to arrive within 1-2 working days and Second Class deliveries within 3-4 working days. At present, we exclusively cater to deliveries within the UK, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


Shipping Outside Mainland UK

We also offer supply and/or installation services for our equipment outside of mainland UK. We can accommodate installations in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Channel Islands, and mainland Europe. Each project will be assessed individually, and a tailored quotation will be provided to meet your specific requirements.


Dispatch Timing of Orders

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of placement, from Monday to Friday. However, during peak periods or sales events, dispatch times may be subject to extension, and we regret that no modifications can be made to orders once they are confirmed.


Using a Different Shipping Address

Should you anticipate being unavailable to receive your parcel at your designated address, please provide an alternative address, such as your workplace, for delivery convenience.


If You Aren't In When the Delivery Arrives

In the event of your absence during delivery, our courier partners will leave a notice card containing contact details and instructions for the next steps to ensure successful delivery.


If There Are Delays

While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled delivery times, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in delays. We appreciate your understanding in such instances.

    

Returns

Online Returns Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you wish to return or exchange a product. You have a window of 28 days from the date of delivery (14 days for sale items) to initiate returns or exchanges. In the event of a faulty product, please contact our customer service team promptly.

Returned items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, accompanied by their original packaging, labels, tags, and any intact security devices or seals. Please note that you are responsible for covering the postage charges for returning goods to us, and we strongly advise requesting proof of postage to safeguard against any potential loss during transit. Please be aware that the original postage and packaging charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are processed and dispatched to you free of charge.

An additional 10% administration charge is applicable to all returns.

   

How to Return or Exchange an Online Purchase (UK Only)

When returning an item, kindly include a note specifying your name, order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer an exchange or refund. Your feedback regarding the reason for return is invaluable for us to enhance our service standards in the future. Postage charges for return shipments remain your responsibility, and we advise securing proof of postage for added security. While we strive to process returns and exchanges promptly, please allow up to 28 days for the processing during exceptionally busy periods.

Returns Outside the UK

For returns outside of the UK, please contact Home Living Luxury to discuss return options. There is a return window of 14 days starting from the day after the products have been delivered or installed. To adhere to these terms, you must notify Home Living Luxury that you wish to initiate a return within this 14-day timeframe.
